I'm Guru. Principal Solutions Architect at Arcade.dev, where I build AI agent infrastructure. MCP, credential isolation, tool runtimes, production security.

Before agents: a decade of enterprise plumbing. Kafka at Confluent, Pinot at StarTree, fast data at Deloitte, integration middleware at large enterprises like Equifax. Three countries, four cities. Agents aren't new to me. They're integration patterns with agents taking over the orchestration layer.

Some of my work includes authoring Patterns for Agentic Tools, a catalog of 54 design patterns for building quality tools that agents can actually use.

How I Think About AI

I believe the app you should be building is you. Everyone's racing to ship the next AI product. But the real leverage is in understanding the patterns deeply enough that you become the person others come to when things break. AI amplifies what you already are. If you're a builder, it makes you faster. If you're a thinker, it sharpens you. The tool is not the point. What you do with it is.
